Dr. Carol West Stevens

I HATE dentists !! Everyone of them has hurt me due to my high tolerance of Novocain. The last three visits were to oral surgeons who put me out to perform the necessary work. Dr. Stevens is the first dentist to actually listen to me and NOT HURT ME. She worked with my anxiety, gap reflux and tolerance. She took her time with everything she did. Her office closes at 5 PM but she stayed an hour later to make sure my experience was a good one. I can't say enough good things about her. She truly is the best dentist in the area !!

We have been going to Dr. Stevens 10 years. She saved my husband’s teeth.

I went to see her in late 2018. She kept me waiting for over 45 minutes, never apologized and was quite arrogant! She told me that I probably had heart problems because my ankle was swollen (nothing to do with teeth) and that all my teeth were loose! I've been back to my old dentist and the teeth are fine! They have periodontal disease which I've had for many years, but the periodontist and the dentist have been dedicated to saving them when possible. Word of advice: if you want to save your teeth, don't go to her!!

I had a skin graft done, the experience was very positive, was given great information about the procedure a head of time, asked lots of questions, staff and Dr. Stevens were wonderful. Never waited long in the waiting room.
