Dr. Carol Ann Wiggins, MD

The office staff, nurse, and Dr. Wiggins were all so pleasant and really took their time with me. I was having a bad full body rash and itching that was driving me insane and the doctor who gave me a referral told me a specialist wouldn’t be able to “work magic.” She wanted me to go through all of my household products to figure it what was wrong. She said that a specialist would take months to do tests and figure it out. Well after about 10 minutes Dr. Wiggins was confidently able to determine I had an NSAID allergy and that the medicine I was taking was making me worse. I didn’t want to get my hopes up but two days later, my full body rash and itching is almost completely gone. It turns out specialists can sometimes work magic!

She may be a talented physician, based on other reviews I have seen, but a she was an incredibly unpleasant person to interact with. Didn't give me the time of day, literally laughed when I said that someone had recommended seeing an allergist to treat my psoriasis, said "at least it isn't diabetes," and generally wrote off my symptoms -- all within 5 minutes of meeting her.

Dr. Carol Wiggins is the best allergist I have ever had. I have been a patient of hers for many years. The office staff always makes me feel right at home at either the Peachtree or the Vinings location. They are always professional and efficient. It is amazing how well her team works together. Thank you Dr. Wiggins and staff for your excellent care over the years.

Office staff were very friendly. Dr. Wiggins is personable, and very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Also, they validate for parking which I have not found to be the case with many offices in the area.

When I called to make an appointment, the staff seemed friendly. However, when I arrived at the office they were awful. As I entered, someone from the back offce told me sign in and sit down. She didn't ask who I was or who I was there to see. I waitied 45 minutes and the entire time no one came out to see or ask from any of the patients (there were 4 of us sitting in the waiting room.) When someone finally appeared, I was very rudely told that I was at the wrong office...even though the physical addess was given to me when I made the appointment. I then spent 10 minutes speaking with thier staff to try to reschedule and she was rude and unprofessional with a horrible attitude the entire time. I'd much rather suffer through allergies in Atlanta than deal with the staff there. If the lack of competence of the staff is any indication of the doctors there, stay away. The staff that I spoke with is named Anita. Needless to say, she does not promote a good image of this practice.
