She is very patient and informative.

The staff ignored us and was rude when we arrived. We arrived early to our first appointment as requested and they did not acknowledge us until 15 minutes after scheduled appointment. The doctor was upbeat but provided inaccurate information and the follow up was even worse.

When you can see a the doctor it's fine but when the doctor is unavailable for needed prescription refills 2 months in a row it's time for a change.

Our daughters were patients of Dr. William's for approx. 3 yrs. Their medical information on file was not complicated, however, on several different occasions, after our girls had been her patient for several years, she repeatedly confused not just one of our daughter's medical information but also her NAME when in conversation with me, in person. She seemed disoriented and distracted each time, and after the third or fourth occurence, we transferred our girls to another doctor. She frequently insisted upon X-rays for isolated sinus infections, something that our other doctors commented negatively about. It's well known that every scan exposes a patient to radiation, plus, they are expensive and as Dr. Williams did not have X-ray equipment on site, having the scans done involved a time-consuming trip to a local hospital. Two other items: Dr. William's head nurse at that time was extremely brusque with all of the patients in my observations, bordering on rude at times; and Dr.… William's offices/practice at that time had a "shop" set up adjacent to the waiting room in an unused room, stocked with baby and toddler clothes and toys for sale. This did not give a good impression as it lessened the professional atmosphere.

The first time I met with Dr. Williams, she spent 45 minutes with us. I have thoroughly trust and have enjoyed having Dr. Williams as our primary care physician for the children.
