She was on the case the time and she attended my son with magnificent attention and got all the appointments almost the next day, she has been absolutely amazing overall.

The providers themselves are good, but waiting over 45 minutes for a two-minute vitals-only appointment felt excessive—especially after being told during scheduling that it would be a quick nurse visit for height, weight, and blood pressure. My daughter was previously a patient here, but I ultimately switched practices due to repeatedly leaving voicemails about important concerns and never receiving a call back. I understand the difference between an ER-level issue and a routine pediatric visit, and it’s frustrating to be unable to reach an actual person when trying to schedule care. Not having those calls returned made the situation even more disappointing.

She always goes above and beyond for our son. We went to several different doctors and hospitals with no results and no diagnosis for our son and were never heard. She took what we had to say to heart and our son is finally getting the medical help that he so desperately needs and deserves.

Wife and I are extremely happy with our experience. Dr Carola was kind, attentive, so knowledgeable and great at what she does.

I’ve been trying to give this office a chance for 2.5 years. Each time has been something different. I won’t be coming back. Dr. Carola has no patience for active young toddlers. We’ve wait over an hour at times which is hard with young twin toddlers. I’ve used the on call service which took multiple calls and 2 hours to get a call back by her. All for her to tell me to take them to the ER. Any time I’ve been there for an appointment and don’t agree with her I’m lectured and can’t respond or get a word in.

Dr. Carola Fleener is 100% kind, caring and professional doctor who values ??my time and devotes all her attention to my sons. Her attentiveness and courtesy with patients deserves special thanks! I read many reviews about this doctor, but my experience is based only on positive emotions and gratitude! Our primary pediatrician is Barbara Fleener, but we talked with Carola, when we had urgent needs. And I can say with certainty that they are both excellent doctors!

The first few times I’ve been here, were great. I saw the PA and she was amazing. Now I saw the Dr. and she was very rude. Barely let me speak on how my kids were feeling and didn’t explain what the medication that was being prescribed. She was very rough with my 8 month old and had no patience for him being active. There is no communication with the dr and nurses. This last visit has me looking elsewhere for my kids services.

Very unprofessional Dr. The whole apt she was very rude, belittling, and condescending. I definitely won’t be coming back to her office and won’t be recommending anyone there.

Honestamente siento que siempre desde el primer día han sido muy profesionales, y las enfermeras súper amables y amorosas, pendientes y escuchan, las doctoras fleener a veces están un poco de prisa pero últimamente han sido muy comprensiva y amorosas igualmente siempre muy profesionales y con conocimiento
