Dr. Carolann Kim Kinner, DO

Omg, do not go here. Went in for routine yearly appt. When I got my insurance statement, there were 3 tests I did not authorize. When approached her and staff bout it. I got the run around...but, I was assured they would take care of it. And i expressed i couldn't afford these charges. 3 months later she and her staff are ghosting me. This office has lots of miscommunication. This issue is completely their fault and now I'm paying for their mistakes. Please do not go here.

DON'T do ot. She's not a REAL dr. One of those Super Aide type Dr. Assist.My BP stayed high for the 5 years I'd been with her. Later, because I rescheduled Appt. They refused my meds and as a result I had a complete breakdown when she stopped my PsyMeds. which I desperately needed... Got another Doc after, BP Normal 30 within days. She say NO to everything and doesn't ever touched me without MY insistence she at least L??K ar my knee, etc... Refused Cortisone Inj. now I've got a real Doctor and he SHOT her theory of dependence cause he doesn't inject into the bone. Suffered needlessly for the years I was with her.

Dr Kinner is the most detailed, meticulous doctor primary care physician I have been too. Yes, there may be a wait, she is apologetic, and the wait makes up for all the time she will spend with you, making sure she has updated information. Her diagnosis and treatment have never been wrong. She is a very Person Centered doctor. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Kinner.

Waited 2 hours. When she comes in she acts like she had something better to do. I ask about some of my meds and am treated like a child. I left crying. She had no sympathy that I was upset.

This is the worst dr office ever. I had called to make an appointment because of my ear infection, and they finally called me back the next day saying they can fit me at 11:30 in the morning I manage a business so I couldn't go at the time giving. I had called back seeing if i can get later when I'm off work, and again had to wait. So finally Melinda the office manager called back and said Dr kinner said to proceed at urgent care, because the time was given to me wasn't good enough, so just to go to urgent care. Very on professional. And very rude as at as the doctor goes. I will be looking for a new doctor, and I will tell a lot of people how I was treated.

This doctor just wants your money, she talks like she knows what she is talking about but so far me and my family found out the hard way and money wasted.

Hi everyone. Please, please read it. I want to warn all people who are thinking abou visiting this terrible doctor . Please take away from her. I had a bad experience, my father was Kinner's patient for 7 months and he was misdiagnosed and I am very happy that we went to the emergency and he was saved. His gall bladder was infected and Kinner's told him that the problem was with his stomach. Please stay away from her.

My advise is: never visit her, my experience shows that she is unqulified as a doctor. You will waste your time and money. She is irresponsible.

Every time I need to see Dr. Kinner, I am able to get an appointment. She is very thorough, and very nice. My only complaint is it takes a while to see her; perhaps because she is so thorough.
