1st appt of the day. Wait time about 1 -1/2 hr. Office girl Does Not answer phone. Lets it go to voice mail then Does Not call back. Then hung up on me in mid sentence. What's up with that??

My brother Tom is a special needs patient and often, he must take what he gets when it comes to doctors. The fact he is a patient of Dr. Casteen's is amazing because she actually took the time to call me with the results of his eye exam. How many times has a doctor called you directly about anything????? I am so moved by her care and concern with her patients. This is a doctor who truly cares and wants what is best for each individual. I give high praise to Dr. Casteen for her love of her profession and her patients. Thank you, Dr. Casteen. The wait time is long since she usually talks about inappropriate business and there are patients waiting for their appointments. The staff is wonderful since she explains the procedure and answers questions.

I will cetainly choose Dr. Carole Casteen. M.D. any time. She is so wonderful, that the English Dictionary does'nt have a word or words to describe her greatness. She is just wonderful and beyond. Hats off to her. I thank her immensely.

my visit was a nightmare. She is a horrible person. Never went back and would never, ever recommend her.
