Dr. Carole L Bryant Jackson, MD

My first time seeing her and she made me feel stupid, annoying, and completely unimportant. Would not listen to me. Will change clinics before I go back to her.

As a professional she is rude, glares at you, and makes you feel like you are wasting her time. I have never felt comfortable asking her questions and I had to make her explain the process when it was my very fist time getting the procedure. The procedure its self has always been slightly painful as well. I am officially changing doctors now because on top of all that the lack of communicating between her and her staff make it almost impossible for me to get my birth control refilled. They kept telling me I didn't have an appointment when they were the ones who canceled and moved my last appointment because she was going to be out of the office. The new appointment is 4 months away and they give me a 1 month supply with no refills so I have to call each month... ridiculous!

I've been going to Dr. Jackson for 28 years and I highly recommend her! She delivered all 3 of my healthy 8+ pound babies and a few years later I trusted her again with my life when she performed a hysterectomy. And now that I've entered menopause and developed some problems I will once again trust her with my life when performs another surgery on me this summer.

She's awesome!

Please listen to my advice and do NOT risk your life or your unborn's child life in this woman's hands!!

I like Dr. Jackson, and think that other women may like her also, contrary to the reviews I have read. I like the fact that she's just friendly enough without getting into my whole life history and without feeling the need to talk about the weather. I found her to be very professional and she was very thorough and caring with me. I enjoy her, but if you want a lot of small talk and someone to "chat" with, she probably isn't the doctor for you. She is not as bad as other reviews make her sound. I'm about to move about 35 miles away and I will probably still drive to Conway to see her.
