Dr. Carole Jean Peterson, MD

Dr. Peterson took care of me during an emergency situation. She made practical, timely, and extremely considerate decisions regarding my operation. She is confident and straight forward. She also stood back, listened, and conversed with me and my partner when I became overwhelmed. She took time to answer all of my questions in addition to discussing long-term fertility goals. While she does get straight to the point on things, it gives me confidence in her performance as my doctor.

I take my teenage daughter to see Dr. Peterson for several gynecological issues she has. Dr. Peterson not only spends the time with us that we need, but it is clear that she truly understands what my daughter is going. She answers questions from both of us and helps give the my daughter and I understand to guide us in making the best choices for my daughter's healthcare. Dr Peterson is warm and friendly with a great sense of humor!

I was an operating room nurse and assisted Dr. Petersen many times in her last year of residency. Even as a resident , she was touted as being an extremely talented surgeon. After years of seeing men OBGYN Drs. , I felt that reaching menopause ( very early in my early 40's) I needed a women's point of view. She is without question, the best doctor I have ever had. She is compassionate, insightful, and smart! She has a very common sense approach. Dr. Peterson moved from upstate New York, and there are 100's of women who miss her very much ! NC is very lucky to have such a wonderful human being !

friendly, personable, warm and caring. An ideal docter!!! Dr P also has a wonderful sense of herself...one she doesn't take too seriously!

I appreciated Carole's straightforward approach with me. It is nice to know that there are still doctors that cut to the chase. Her manner in rendering results is as professional as it comes.
