I was a long time patient of Dr. Lambert. After he left, she took over my case. I met her previously at UIC, she was in my care team as a Fellow. She's good at what she does, she was both my paleontologist and sleep doctor. I never saw her alone. I'm a victim/witness. Last year, spring, I went in, she was odd. I'm very quiet. The appointment ended with her telling me she would call in my scripts, which was unusual for her. My aide checked pharmacy, called her office, for days afterward. Those RLS and breathing medications never appeared. She refused to take my calls. She refused advocate calls. I had no idea why. Good for me, I was taken quickly into another practice after wondering why. Now, I'm informed she reacted and acted on a horrible rumor about me from MultiCare! They had consistently violated my HIPAA rights because of an NP! That lady was covering crimes of her child against me. I'm being informed now, we are preparing legal responses and working with federal agencies on… the widespread violation of my patient rights, compromising my very fragile health. Despite years of billings of Medicare and Tricare, needing those records, doctors we're told by Multi-Care I didn't exist! Two doctors who jumped ship from MultiCare walked in the main office and copied those files. They smelled something awful and those records we're needed. They were in shock. Now, I'm aware of it all. As the legal processes and lawsuits are filed, I'm appalled. All of this, all of it, was caught on camera because again, I'm a protected victim-witness. It's painful as authorities go to those security cameras to see it play out. Be careful. She might have been an excellent physician, however, she breached her duty of care to me. Thankfully, I have an excellent team of physicians who are outstanding, my identity was changed, Medicare IG is involved along with others justice will prevail. Hippocrates said "first, do no harm". She forgot that. This will unfold. I've retained counsel. There will be both criminal and civil actions against all parties. No patient deserved three years of inhumane treatment because a NP had a grudge. Thank you. You may contact me through my legal team.
