Dr. Caroline Sue Garrett, MD

I was a patient of hers while she practiced in Bowling Green, KY. Always very thorough with her exams. Always listened well before prescribing medications. Good bedside manner and seemed to care. Followed up after-hours on a few occasions when some tests came back with high numbers. Got me right into a specialist. Wish she was back in Bowling Green.

Dr Garrett took care of our grandson, when he was admitted to Greenview with a very bad case of asthma, along with other problems. We could not find a doctor that would take the kids on because of their medical cards. I love the care she took of him, and our other 2 grandchildren we are raising. My husband and I are going to miss her terribly when she leaves her practice to do other things. The staff is wonderful to us Good luck to a wonderful doctor !! Thank you for everything.

I have been seeing Dr Garrett since she took over Dr Kevin Kelly's patients. From the beginning she has struck me as equally modern in approach, nice bedside manner, and has never been in a rush to get the visit over with regardless of what I was in for. I am an engineer and sometimes have odd (probably annoying) questions about things about how things work, or something I have read on the internet, but she has always been willing to take time to discuss my questions. She is friendly without being overly so; professional, but I also get the feeling she cares. I have never had a female Dr before (I am male) but I have rarely if ever thought about it as an issue with Dr. Garrett. My only gripe if i had to come up with one is that the wait in the exam room is sometimes longer than I would like. Upwards of 15 min sometimes. Conversely it is usually a shorter time in the actual waiting room. So overall not that long of a wait, as doctors in Bowling Green go...

Dr. Garrett is an exceptional physician. She takes time to talk with her patients and her diagnosis and treatments are accurate and helpful. She is excellent with both adults and children. I recommend highly. She really cares. Her office staff are also very good and their jobs and helpful. This office cares about their patients.

MY WIFE AND I BOTH FIND DR. GARRETT TO BE THE FINEST DR. WE HAVE GONE TO IN 30 YEARS. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO AND FRIEND. SHE IS PERSONAL AND CARING. MY WIFE WHO WAS IN MEDICINE FOR SEVERAL YEARS SSAYS SHE HAS NEVER FOUND A BETTER DR. OR A PERSON WHO CARES LIKE DR. GARRETT. SHE IS THE BEST

Worst experience I have ever had.

She seems to care for our child and she has contacted me personally by phone to reveal test results. Seen her out in public and she still remembered us.

WOW, I am shocked by the previous two experiences that were rated here. I have been seeing Dr. Garrett for almost two years and I find her refreshing. She takes the time to listen. She is willing to try different medications when something is not working. She is attentive and always calls me back after lab work. I see her a minimum of every other month. The staff is friendly and my phone calls are always returned within a timely manner. Dr. Garrett is also my daughter's physician as well as my husband. We have nothing but POSITIVE experiences with her.
