Dr. Caroline Esadi Joe, MD

While Dr. Joe is a friendly and caring doctor. The lack for response to my child's care by the office staff is less than desirable. Insurance not being billed, referrals to other doctors and calls being returned after leaving multiple messages is a concern and major problem. I am twitching doctors. I don't have room in my life to micromanage her staff.

My children have been patients since birth 2013. We have seen ups and downs at this office. One thing for sure I must say this is the best this office has been. Extra caring going above and beyond. Kotos to Dr.Joe and all of the new women! Please don’t change.

I have been taking all three of kids to Dr. Joe since 2014/2015 and this morning I had to find a new pediatrician. We had a check up for my 2 year old this morning and he climbed on a chair while I was trying to fill out the electronic device and a packet of forms. The office manager came out, snaps at me and tells me I need to pay attention to my son. I had him sit down and took the forms to the front desk and told them I couldn’t fill them all out while watching my son and that they could fill them out. The office manager was very upset and refused to let me speak with the doctor to complain about her behavior. I know that safety is extremely important and my son was being a hand full the whole time we were “talking” but how you treat people is equally important. We left before my son saw the doctor and on our way home we get a call from the drs office and they tell me that they thought we were new patients. It’s not okay to treat people the way that she did and treating new… patients that way is horrifying. I told her that we no longer needed their services. It was a horrible experience and absolutely uncalled for.

I have taken my Children & Grandchildren to Dr. Joe for about 10 years & I wouldn't change for anything. She is very thorough & listens when the children are telling her things whether it is health wise or not. She has also diagnosed correct everyime

Dr. Joe has a great bedside manner. She excellent with my kids. Office is poorly ran.

I have been with Dr. Joe for 4 years and my kids love her. she is great. it is easy to get appointments and she always knows what is going on with my childern. I just had another child and she asked about my girls when she came to the hospital to check the baby out. I would recommend her to any one and i do.

Dr. Joe is very compassionate! She was also very helpful to me after I adopted my baby boy and gave me and him 125% of her attention and knowledge. She's the best!!!!

Dr. Joe is the most amazing pediatrician my child could have! She is extremely caring and and obvious in her concern for her patients. She spends time discussing issues or concerns we may have and is understanding to the needs of the child. My child had a different Dr. when first born but after repeated misdiagnosis and extremely rude bedside manner, I called Dr. Joe's office. And from the first day we walked in she amazed me at her accuracy and concern. I was so impressed with her that I immediately requested that my daughters records be transferred to her, and there has never been a moment where I would ever doubt that I made the absolute best decision! I adore Dr. Joe and I am extremely grateful to have her as my daughters Dr.

Poorly run and understaffed practice. Wait times are excessive. Would not recommend to anyone.

The staff at Martinsburg Pediatrics are extremely professional and caring. I can honestly say I have encouraged everyone I know who is looking for a pediatrician in this area to see this practice.
