Dr. Caroline Groft Macfarlane, MD

I would highly highly recommend Dr. Macfarlane. She is caring, kind, explains things clearly, and is very knowledgeable. She was able to help with my infected finger when I couldn’t get much help from other doctors.

Dr MacFarlane herself is great, but her front desk staff is so awful- rescheduled 3 times, then refused treatment and rescheduled again after I had already arrived, despite me being 20 minutes early for the appointment. They were very rude when I expressed displeasure for being rescheduled so much and for my appointment being cancelled after I had arrived early. Dr MacFarlane is great, but good luck getting past her bullying gatekeepers. I was a patient of Dr MacFarlane for years, but I will now be switching to another dermatologist due to these experiences.

I was very happy with the way she handled my condition and treated it, now i can keep it under control.

Dr. Mac is very detail oriented, willing to answer my questions and worked hard to get to the root of my concerns.
