I’ve called two days in a row to the office and tried to get my son a new patient visit. Being said I left a message and no one returned my call; however, they state the office will return your phone call at 1:00 when they open from the lunch. Well not the case. No one called back. You figured the office would want new patients or if they don’t advise they’re NOT accepting new patients at this time. Being a business manager I would rather my employees be honest with the consumer as this is what happens, NEGATIVE reviews. Well I called again today and I was advised they have to call downstairs to see if our insurance is in network and they would return my call, well again NOT the case. No returned phone call. You should advise a customer if you’re NOT going to call back at least say 24-48 hours you will receive a call. I will say I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’m sure the doctor is probably a great one; however, the front staff is NOT so great. I’m sure they knew if they were in or… out of network, they just didn’t want to take the time to assist. It’s ok again I’ll take my business elsewhere.i was advised by a family memebwr this doctor was the best pediatrician in the Lubbock area and I was going to be willing to make the drive considering I left the best back home in Austin. I’ll have to advise this was not the case.

The only problem is they never answer !!!!!!!

Great pediatrician. Caring and listens. Staff is very friendly. Very good bedside manner. My kids love her.

Love the staff and Dr. Majors she is wonderful with kids.
