Dr Caroline F. Miner, MD

Caroline minor prescribes methamphetamines to adolescence even when they do not keep their scheduled appointments.this happened to my daughter who was very high strung and she made the situation worse by taking sides and being close minded and keeping my daughter on adderall far longer then she should have given that my daughter missed or cancel most of her appointments. My daughter eventually got off the adderal but the stress that this doctor allowed to continue and turned a blind eye to is unexcusable when dealing with minors.I do not believe Caroline miner is is open minded as people think. She has a very high opinion of yourself and it is very difficult to sway her which makes parent feel like they are no longer working as a unit or a team.

It was difficult to obtain my first appointment as she has a strong reputation and a tight schedule, but I am glad I waited. She is amazing. She is insightful, attentive, deliberate, and caring. She conducted a thorough intake and promptly arranged for a follow-up appointment.

Dr. Miner took a complete history, extending past the usual time for a psychiatric evaluation. She provided insight into the adolescents behavior and gave a more accurate diagnosis, then that of the previous psychiatrist (in my opinion as a therapist). She seemed genuine and really took into account what those who worked w/ the adolescent on a regular basis had to say. She is not a doctor who appears to be on a "high horse."
