I'm Caroline Nicole Morris, a compassionate and dedicated Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a strong foundation in providing exceptional mental health care. My journey in healthcare began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University, followed by a Master's in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. My experience spans various settings, including telemedicine, outpatient clinics, and inpatient units, where I've had the privilege of supporting individuals across all walks of life, from young children to the elderly. At Teris Health Services, I currently offer tele-psychiatric services to those in need, focusing on comprehensive evaluations and personalized medication management. Previously, I've worked with Community Bridges Inc., delivering tele-psychiatric services for detox and observation units. My role involved diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, and ensuring my clients received the …best possible care. I also have extensive experience working with children and adolescents at Altapointe Outpatient Clinic and Rivercrest Psychiatric Hospital. Here, my focus was on medication management and coordinating care to support each child's unique needs. In addition to my psychiatric expertise, I have a rich background as an ICU nurse where I cared for critically ill patients. This experience has provided me with a deep understanding of complex medical conditions and the importance of compassionate care. I am passionate about making a positive impact in my patients' lives by providing them with the knowledge they need about their conditions and treatments.
