Both Dr. Thackeray & Ellen Brateng, PA and Carolyn Anderson, dietitian were top notch - professional, caring, knowledgeable. Especially Dr. Thackeray - I was so impressed when I first met her - how she listened closely to me.

Provider gave me good information, but made no apologies for my 20-minute wait (for a 7:40 am appt.) and made no attempt to be friendly. If I needed to follow up I would seek out someone else.

Ms. Andeson RD was very professional. She treated me with respect. She listened carefully to my concerns and explained the plan of care she would suggest for me very well. Her suggestions seem very appropriate for me.
