To be taken seriously as a patient is crucial in forming my opinion of a doctor. Being heard when answering her questions and receiving her careful, attentive attitude made me feel respected as a person - that I mattered to her. She listened carefully to my heart sounds - which may sound rather idiot as a reason to like a cardiologist - but, she was very focused the entire appointment and I left her office with a strong feeling I'd definitely come to the right place. She didn't beat around the bush. She's peaceable. She took notes, respected my input on another disease I have, and didn't treat me like my understanding of that disease was wasting her time. I'm very grateful to have her as my doctor. I interacted with 3 of her staff and they were all very professional and kind. The West Creek Medical Center location is a new building with ample parking. I highly recommend Dr. Caroline Burns.

I am diabetic and have many medical bills including cardiology care. I work a full time job and work hard to pay my bills including all my medical bills. I have always made payment arrangements and paid my bills to the best of my ability and have never left a company with my debt. THIS COMPANY will NOT work with you in any regard so far as making payments. If you do not pay your bill off within six months, they send you to collections. The ladies in the billing department don't care how hard you are trying to pay your bill and what other bills you may have. This also happened to a friend of mine. I paid $150 every month on time, and paid more when I could. I still owed $250 when I was sent to collections with an extremely large collection fee added. The business office manager was not nice, rude and very unhelpful. The doctors may be great, but the business office will make you never want to go back. I have found a new cardiologist who works with me, is very good and kind. … Stay away from this horrible place.

Dr Burns is one of the best cardiologists I have seen. She is very thorough in her care. She also has a professional office staff. They are beautiful and awesome care givers.
