Carolyn Davis, NP

Carolyn Davis is a nationally certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in pain management, weight loss and medication assisted treatment for addiction. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Boston College University and earned her Master of Science degree at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

She has been working in her chosen field for greater than 18 years. Her training and vast experience lends the ability to provide a multifaceted, comprehensive and integrative approach for treatment. She believes compassion and effective communication are vital in order to accomplish her patient’s goals. She has a special interest in empowering patients through education and evidenced based research. She encourages active engagement and provides each patient with the tools to cope with their physical and psychological barriers to achieve their personal best.
