Dr. Carolyn Marie Dillard, DO

The most rude, crude staff I have ever seen! When you have an appointment you wait at least an hour before they take you to the back, then it will be another hour before the Dr arrives with 2 assistants in tow. Then they talk about everything but your health! I hesitate to give her a 1 star rating. If you value your time find another Dr.

I made an appointment with Dr Dillard office I use to be her patient but left her. I specifically asked about my records being at another office receptionist says no problem....her office calls and I confirm my appointment then I get a call from another receptionist telling me no Dr Dillard will not take you back if you move your records. This is so unprofessional especially since I asked that question when I made the appointment...now I am going to be out of medicine and the excuse was it was a new girl who made the appointment. RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL can't she be reported to the better business bureau? I had that appointment for over a month and they confirmed...what b.s.

This is the 3 rd time I have been left in the waiting room because they forgot to put my name in the system I think this place is a joke in Professional is not in their volcabulary

rudess receptionists on the planet.......i don't think she realizes how rude they are to the patients and to those on the phone, i have watched them and they are horrible

Dr.Dillard is a good doctor but what not makes it not so pleasent to see her is her staff. They are rude and can care less about the patient. When you try and leave a message for her through her nurse half the time she doesnt get it. I love Dr. Dillard but I am really thinking about switching doctor because her staff is so rude. Her nurse is a young man very rude and cocky. If she wants to keep patients she needs to have a talk with her staff or hire new. If I have problems with them at my next apt I will be switching doctors!!!!!

Very nice but spent alot of time reading the computer and to little time talking to the patient. I waited 2 hours to see her, she was obviously running behind and I felt like she had a hard time concentrating on my issues and was anxious to get to the next patient.

Dr. dillard is a great doctor, but her staff are not very well trained and some are rude
