Dr. Carolyn Marie Fronczak, MD

Before leaving Boulder, Dr. Fronczak was my urologist for three years. Simply put, she is a terrific doctor. She does it all: testing, surgery, cancer treatment, and followup. Though her practice is very, very busy, she was always able to make time to answer any questions I had about my treatment. When I needed emergency surgery, she (not a hospital staff physician) performed it. Her staff (especially Kat) are well-informed, good-humored, and caring. Dr. Fronczak's own bedside manner is sterling: kind and informative. I hesitate to say this online, but I was touched when, after surgery, she gave me her number in case her office was closed. So, yes, I recommend Dr. Fronczak very highly.

From beginning to end of my kidney stone experience, Dr. Fronczak provided personable, informative and expert care. She was caring and sympathetic and made me feel valued as a patient. She gave me advice on continuing care and patiently answered my questions. I couldn't have asked for a more satisfying experience with alleviating a painful event!

After waiting for one hour and 20 minutes, for a serious problem that required surgery, Dr. F rushed through the appt in 9 minutes. My questions annoyed her, and she kept looking at her watch. When I left I had only received 1 order, not the 2 that were necessary for further tests. Fronczak was rude and impatient. I would not trust her to do a surgery without rushing, and would not want to put up with her angry and impatient demeanor while dealing with a surgical procedure.

Dr. Fronczak is not only an accomplished specialty physician, but she is also a wonderful practitioner. I felt comfortable with her from the onset. She has a very good personality, listened intently, encouraged questions from me and answered mine. No rush! All of this resulted in a great, educational experience and a successful appointment. I would recommend Dr. Fronczak without hesitation.

I met Dr. Fronczak for the first time while in the midst of a serious and uncomfortable condition. I knew immediately that I was in good hands and had found the right doctor. She was caring, conscientious, very thorough, and very knowledgeable from the moment we met. She performed critical tests that had not been suggested to me before. She explained what was going on and what my options were. We formulated a plan of action, and she even adjusted her schedule to make things easier for me. There were some unusual factors at play that required an adept hand during surgery. The outcome was completely successful. She was easy to reach and attentive throughout my entire ordeal, allowing me to contact her at any time. Moving forward, I know I have a genuine partner of the highest caliber that I can trust. An extra bonus is she is absolutely delightful. I would recommend her to anyone, and I already have.
