Dr. Carolyn Yvette Jacobs, MD

i went to the doctor because i wasnt feeling good and my normal doc is a pediatric doc and i needed a internal medicine doc. anyways she was rude told me i had only 15 minutes to talk, when i tried to explain all that was going on she said i cant type that fast you know. i left work early and made this appt only to be frustrated and they could of told me on the phone, i needed a different doc and this one couldnt do anything, she was upset it was a few after the 15 minutes and said oh the patient comes first the patient comes first right? and she is a doctor? i know people Doctors are tired and stuff but you chose this position to help people, not make people feel worse. when i told her more stuff about my concerns she said well your find or else you wouldnt be here and would be in tons more pain. and barley swabbed my throat for strep, swabbed my cheek. i dont like the way i was treated. and i tell her i have anxiety and things and she said you dont need meds you need a therapist. i… am so mad. that nothing i said she didnt care, only her 15 rude minutes and i was left there shaking my head how someone can be so rude to others

I meet Dr. Jacobs almost 2 years ago and we all fell in love with her she is not only my kids pediatrician she is my family Dr. Jacobs has treated my kids and myself as if she knew of from birth very patient, encouraging, I can't begin to thank her for all of her support..
