Dr. Carolyn Marie Johnston, MD

Words cannot describe how pleased I was with my care from Dr. Johnston and her team. They were very professional and compassionate. I feel thankful and blessed that all my treatments were done before Dr. Johnston will be retiring. I will continue with my follow ups with the physician that she has recommended... I trust that she will leave all of us ( her patients ) in good hands. Thank you Dr. Johnston to you and your team. Wishing you the best on your retirement...God bless you all! My mom is currently being seen for her 3rd round of cancer that she has detected, not them..They are very reactive, instead of proactive, which is crutial in cancer therapy. They gave her an " all clear" on a CT scan, that infact wasn't so. During the next few months her misdiagnosed cancer grew at a rapid rate, office was rude to her and doctor wouldn't even call her back!! Her follow up tests take forever to get results and staff doesn't do well in communicating processes. As a RN myself, I am very fustrated , and have tried to get my mon to change doctors! She is old school in thinking all doctors know best!! Please don't see this doctor if you want an timely, integrated approach to treatment! In the mean time, I will continue to work to have her use a different doctor!!

this doctor has bad bedside manners. she rushes through and doesn't give ample time for visits. she does not do well with follow ups either. I have severe post op pain and she simply released me and sent me on my way to a myriad of doctors that don't know what to do to help me. I would not recommend her or return to her for any type of treatment. her resident staff on the other hand are very professional, and easy to talk to. they listen where she does not.

I did not like this doctor. I felt rushed and did not feel comfortable. From the moment I walked in the resident was rude and made me remarks that were not appropiate. I tried to schedule some test prior to my appointment for my surgery and when I couldnt do that day it the staff said to me "well do you want this done or no?? " I will not be returning and therefore will find someone else to do my surgery.

The St Joseph staff in Ann Arbor, MI has allowed for me to live an extended life with good caring and acceptable chemotherapy and related surgery.we thank you
