Dr. Lederman and her staff were professional, careful, and diligent. My son had to have surgery and his care before, during, and after was exemplary.

Dr. Lederman and her team have saved my vision and quality of life. I was injured due to being hit in the eye and immediately experienced symptoms of double vision. I couldn’t read, drive or walk a straight line. After a long journey of ophthalmologists I was referred to Dr. Lederman and her practice 2 times. Over the course of months and I realized surgery was my only option. I met doctor Lederman, expressed my fear of surgery and she met me with validation and confidence. She thoroughly and thoughtfully explained the strabismus surgical process to me and assured me I was in good hands. Her team was incredibly organized and accessible every step of the way. Immediately post surgery I was able to see a single image in the recovery room, something I was unable to for almost a year. I am so grateful to Dr. Lederman and her team for their diligence, kindness and expertise. I would highly recommend this caring practice.

I am in my 30s and for several years was having neck pain with blurred/double vision. I was given glasses to try and fix the issues, but nothing seemed to help. After going to a new Ophthalmologist, I was referred to Dr. Carolyn Lederman, who then diagnosed me with Left Fourth Nerve Palsy (muscles in my left eye were paralyzed). She determined this was something I was born with and my whole life I have been tilting my head to compensate for my vision (which then explained the neck pain) After several exams in the office, she recommended surgery. Hearing that surgery was needed can be daunting but Dr. Lederman was wonderful and was extremely supportive. She put me and my family at ease, walked through how the surgery is performed and explained the benefits and risks. After much consideration, I decided to go through with the surgery. The entire experience was seamless, the office staff couldn’t have been more organized and readily available to answer any questions. Fast forward to… life after surgery… it was the greatest decision I have made, as cliché as it sounds, this was life changing. My neck pain is completely gone, I no longer have blurred or double vision. I can drive at night with much more confidence. I also regained my 3D Vision, which I didn’t even know I lost. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Lederman and will forever recommend her as she is the definition of professional!

My daughters have been seeing Dr Lederman for almost a decade. She is one of the most knowledgeable and caring doctors I have ever met. She improved my daughters vision 200% and I am so fortunate to have found her when I did (my daughter was 2 years old then). She is now monitoring my infant son and it’s amazing what she can learn about him at such a young age. I have never has any issues with billing, etc. I cannot recommend this practice enough. The girls in the front are so friendly, they send me a receipt in minutes when I need it (for fsa, etc.). She really is the best.

We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Lederman in treating our infant son’s blocked tear ducts. We appreciated her straightforward, informative approach and obvious expertise, and were confident in her decided course of action despite his young age. Beyond her clinical excellence, Dr. Lederman was warm and encouraging both in the office and at the hospital, and managed to (somehow!) keep the baby at ease during the needed examinations. Dr. Lederman was wonderful to both patient and parents in pre- and post-op at the hospital, as well as in immediate follow up in the days after surgery. The practice runs very smoothly, as Dr. Lederman has excellent Assistants and a comfortable office setting. Further, the personal communication with our Pediatrician’s office was clear and prompt. Overall, we would highly recommend Dr. Lederman.

Dr. Carolyn Lederman just treated my son, Jack, for a major chemical burn that burned a layer of his cornea off. She was fantastic from start to finish with his care. I have recommended her to everyone I know. I can't thank her enough for her excellent treatment of him over the past 5 days. I have her to thank for his quicker than expected recovery.

Dr. Carolyn Lederman came highly recommended by our eye doctor and pediatrician. Seeing how I've been a person whose worn glasses my whole life and seeing multiple doctors I've finally found the best Opthamology group around for the care of my child, simply the best! The combination of father and daughter in their practice makes you feel like you're family! Dr. Carolyn Lederman is great with kids, compassionate, always happy to go over any questions we have and our daughter absolutely loves her! She's always makes sure we are comfortable with everything before we leave her office and you never feel rushed. The office staff is always courteous, professional and friendly. The office is immaculate and has a waiting room that caters to both adults and children while waiting. I highly recommend her, she's become an integral part of our lives and the care of our child

Dr. Lederman has seen my daughter twice. We went with a pretty straightforward issue, trying to determine if she needs glasses for near sighted vision, which we were warned she would eventually need. There are times when a dr's bedside manner is less important because you need a good clinician. I cannot overlook the fact that Dr. Lederman is rude, aloof and made no effort to engage with my teen, or to make her feel at ease in her office. I would never take my daughter back to this office. Frankly, she's not good enough to override her terrible bedside manner. I felt it the first time, but decided to try again. Not going for a third try.

After a bad experience with the eye doctor in Greenwich, we saw Dr Lederman who performed corrective eye surgery for our 2 year old. It has been nearly 4 years and the eyes are perfect. We could not be more satisfied with Dr Lederman's ability to answer our questions thoroughly and is never in a hurry.
