Dr. Carolyn Scott Neltner, MD

I give her a 2 because the girl who works for her is very sweet. She deserves a 4 at least. Dr Neltner, however...probably a 1. I left her office bawling my head off. I sat in the parking lot for at least 30 minutes crying. I agree with the 2 people who said it was a waste of time. She doesn't care and I had the same experience that they did!! She said my film looked perfect in the area I had 3 previous surgeries for. I'm in pain as I type this as a matter of fact. I know darn well my MRI doesn't look perfect!! My other physicians who are not neuros, even know they are not perfect!! As a matter of fact, you can see why I have pain by seeing the results. You can also tell why I have some of the pain by pushing on my lower back!! There is a very large ball of scar tissue that if pushed on sends me out of the chair. I'm having problems walking at times too bc of my leg pain. I am NOT making this pain up!! I have other symptoms as well, but I was not able to tell her. She gave me no chance… to explain anything at all. I'm very hurt by her attitude toward me. I am going to do whatever I can do to get back to my old doctor!! I can't stand the pain and the fact that I do have issues in other areas, I am not going to trust my body to her. If I had a large cancerous tumor, she'd let me die, bc she would say it wasn't there and looked great/ perfect!!! So...if you have any tumors or even anything else, do NOT go to her!!! I'm telling you, you would leave crying or very ticked off too.

Carolyn Neltner is a wonderful doctor. She's extremely thorough, intelligent, serious, and very easy to talk to. She explains everything in easy to understand terminology for her patients. I have had surgery under her skilled hands, and wouldn't go to any other doctor. I trust her completely.

I would not go back to her.... It's hard to believe "anything" she says. She's pushy, and very NONE caring for people. She avoids every question with a "know it all" act.. She spends about 5-10 minutes walking around the floor and then push's you out. You'll leave and it will bother you all day, thinking that you must have done something wrong. Waste of time and money..

This lady radiates of confidence. Not in a arrogant manner. Wouldn't go to another NeuroSurgeon

My Family and myself just love her. She is confident on diagnosis and fixing the medical issue. She took the time to answer any of my questions and from family also. I would recommend her 100%.

She was very rude. She kept saying she didn't know why I was there. My family doctor set up the appointment with her. She had me very confused. I left there feeling like I bothered her to see me.

I still can`t stand steady on both legs.

She is a caring, concerned doctor that is not just in for "how many operations" she can do or how much money she can make. She is a good one..

I had a very large disc herniation (could not walk, sit, stand, sleep) and Dr Neltner's diagnosis and treatment have given me back my mobility, and I have been pain-free.
