Dr. Carolyn Tho Nguyen, DDS

Dr. Carolyn Tho Nguyen is a day dental butcher. After 7 months I still can't eat hot or cold without feeling pain! I've never missed visiting a dentist twice a year for 40 years (required in the Air Force). Ended having all filling replaced within one month plus one fillings was poorly done (1st time I've experienced this), Dr. Carolyn Tho Nguyen immediately accusatory yelled "YOU PROBABLY CHIPPED IT...YOU SHOULD HAVE COMED TO THE OFFICE SOONER" without any care for the condition I was currently under, even after clearly mentioning I was in pain with a headache due to the tooth. I broke in tears from the amount of pain I was under in addition to the elevated emotional state of Dr. Carolyn Tho Nguyen yelling at me. Weeks earlier when I thought there was something wrong, I called the office and was told a sensitivity was normal. I'm not a dentist, how would I know the filling was defective. Dr. Carolyn Tho Nguyen then reworked the filling and used a different porcelain tone not matching… tooth in addition to tooth not being finished smoothly on the front surface. 5 Days after the 2nd visit I was prescribed antibiotics by the ER due to infection. This dentist not only butchered my tooth and caused an infection due to malpractice, now after 2 days of meds my ears finally stop hurting. My teeth are still sensitive, and I've been eating broth for a week. This is all happening to someone who's never missed a dentist appointment in their life.

She has terrible customer service she's rude has no patience By far worst experience at the dentist

Do not go to this Dentist! Spare yourself! The Staff is very nice, The Dr. Is extremely RUDE, Unprofessional, Nasty and doesn't know what she is doing!

Came in for a visit with my two children. Had them corner me about less than $50 for my last visit. Told them I am not scheduled and they have different insurance. Waited more than an hour with one child she was not called back. The other child was back there for an hour dentist did not see him. When I asked why it was taking so long the dentist came from another room to scream at me, tell me I have a balance--im not seeing her--and tell me I need to pay my balance. She lost three patients of more than six years for $44. Wise? No

Doctor has no personality, very coarse and condescending. Never go back.
