Dr. Carolyn Frances Rae

Dr Rae is patient and took time with me. She asked questions and came up with a treatment plan. She also gives a thorough physical. She explained everything and I felt very comfortable with her and her diagnosis. She is very easy to talk to.

She listens, she follows up and doesn't try to hurry through the appt.

Dr. Rae always explains everything to me. She called me at home, during Thanksgiving, just to check on me. She always orders exactly what tests I need, helps me to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and is never in a bad mood. I'm always healthy, because she takes excellent care of my health. I won't move from Illinois, because I can't take her with me. Dr. Rae is the best doctor that I have ever had!! She is truly a blessing.

Dr Rae has been my doctor for 3 years. She always spends enough time with me and answers all my questions.

Dr. Rae is a wonderful doctor with an excellent bedside manner. Do be prepared to wait, she will spend extra time with you if you need to talk over a problem. She has never rushed me and always listens to me, which explains why you might have to wait a few extra minutes to get in the exam room.

I have seen Dr Rae for over 5 years. She is a caring doctor. She always calls with my test results and takes the time to answer my questions.

Having to wait over an hour once for an appointment was annoying, but it was unacceptable for her not to apologize. I should of switched doctors at that time but I gave her another chance. She had me waiting an hour in the waiting room and 25 minutes in the examination room after someone took my vitals. Never an apology. She doesn't call back with test results. Her staff will tell you that your results are in and have not been reviewed. She just doesn't care about her patients.
