My theoretical approach includes a Person-centered base along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. These modalities have worked together to help clients uproot hidden issues that may be causing irrational thinking, communication problems, and behavioral problems. My mission is to educate, counsel, and empower clients to live a more quality life, to identify triggers, and use coping skills to manage problems on their own. I have worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief and suffering, terminal illness diagnoses, and relationship issues. I am a Christian and believe in God and the power of prayer for whole-person recovery. However, my values are only shared when requested by the client.
