She is very good at what she do I like her character and knowledge of her job

I like Dr. Jebkonir. I am disappointed with the quality of support, customer service, referrals ect. My worst day of my life December 1 2022 I was in a major car accident that fortunately I survived. Twelve days later I called to let her know I was injured severely. I did not receive a callback. I called back a month later that apparently my call got lost . Keep in mind all my other doctors responded to me immediately. She is looking in to the matter, however I'm not optimistic that there will be any accountability. The support staff changes so frequently. I am an extremely disappointed .

I really like this doctor. She doesn’t scold me when I’ve been a non compliant patient; she just gently encourages. I learned more about CKD than I ever knew before. I appreciate her thoroughness and her friendly manner.

Best MD I've seen in a very very long time!! She was well prepared before she came in the exam room. Took plenty of time going over all aspects for all of the health issues, not just kidney related. Allowed as much time as needed to answer all questions. Wanted one to feel educated while coming across as helpful and caring, instead of above and better than one like other MD's I've had the opportunity of encountering.
