I suppose with what’s going on now I see how Drs and nurses are overwhelmed and offices understaffed. I didn’t feel the Dr had time to answer my questions and also I agree with the other reviews it’s impossible to get any records or forms. I called many times and they just don’t do what they say. I had to eventually go in for my records and waited a long time. I came in for a procedure with the nurse Susan and when I asked her about the procedure she said she didn’t have time to go over it we could talk while she was doing the procedure and she didn’t review the Drs notes before. I also never got proper pre opt information that was necessary and no one seemed to care. There is a complete lack of management and communication in this office. I also didn’t get good results from the nurse and she doesn’t have any bed side manner so I didn’t feel safe or trusting. Part of your health care should be pre and post care and I didn’t get any of this. I took a lot of time to do this and it was… all a waste of time and I look worse now. I went to another Dr at another hospital to follow up and was treated so much better and got much better results. I also have really good insurance.

I did not see Dr Rockman, so I cant speak to her as a doctor. However, if you plan to see her you should block out 3.5+ hours of your day. I waited one hour past my appointment time, and then when I asked about status they told me it would be another 30 to 90 minutes until I was seen. Very busy waiting room too.

Doctor Rockman was pleasant and attentive. She scheduled some tests for me and gave me some options. The problem is her staff! Specifically the woman (Angelica)who schedules tests. I am still awaiting testing clearance 5 weeks later! I'm in a lot of pain and have called at least 5 times. She apologizes, says she will handle it, and then nothing. Being treated so poorly is unacceptable.

Dr Rockman is very competent and professional and fixed my advanced varicose veins (both legs) in two sessions with local anesthetic and 1/4 inch incisions and laser ablation. I saw two previous surgeons, both wanted to use general anesthetic and large incisions. One wanted to do four different procedures on different days.The staff in her office know their stuff, they're courteous, they are careful about handwashing and keeping things sterile and they are knowledgeable. Dr Rockman always says what she's doing so you know what to expect. I had been putting this off for 35 years, but it was not that bad, the pain was minimal (Advil was all that was needed) and it looks like there will be no noticeable scars. She did the more complicated leg in one session, and despite all the work it needed, she was done in less than an hour. Highly recommended.
