Prior to joining the MCW faculty, she served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota and a Hospitalist at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis. Dr. Alme-Boaz has received the Philanthrofund Doctor's Award and the Metropolitan Mount Sinai Award from the University of Minnesota. She also served on the National Advisory Board for the Gold Humanism Honor Society.It is an honor and a privilege to be able to work as a Hospitalist. I love providing and guiding care in the hospital and teaching residents and medical students.
