She is great! Very nice, thorough, and takes the time to answer any questions. Everyone I’ve worked with at the office is kind and helpful!

I've only been once to Dr. Ball. The visit went well. Appointment was on time. She recommended that I have a bone density scan. She had someone from her office call me with the results - that I had osteoporosis and needed to see endocrinologist. I tried to ask questions, and the person could not answer my questions. She did not offer to have the doctor or an NP call. It is not good health care to have a diagnosis dropped on me with no discussion or opportunity to ask questions. I felt that there was no concern and that I was not taken seriously. It isn't "just osteoporosis". It can be very serious; I have seen what my mother has gone through. I talked with several doctors about the referral to a specialist. Both felt that that was premature and that this is something that can be treated by a PCP. I'm just not cool with receiving a dx and not being given any follow-up advice or care.

Carrie is a great physician and makes me feel super comfortable. I've been a patient of hers for 3 years now, and I never an issue. However, this last visit I got billed for a the labs of my women's health visit, and it's just infuriating. I have contacted the office 4 times to get this sorted out and they're insisting I owe them money on a preventative care that they're coding incorrectly, refusing to change the procedure code. I shouldn't have to pay for something they're coding incorrectly that my insurance is willing to cover.

Dr. Carrie Ball is a dangerous physician!!! Please do not risk your life or the life of your child.

She had been my doctor since 2008 when she delivered by daughter. Dr. Ball is super awesome. I would recommend her any day.

Even after being on call for twenty four hours, Dr. Ball stayed over to deliver my daughter. She had to perform a C-section. I had no complications and the baby is great. She has great bed side manner, is very informative, and very knowledgeable.I would highly recommend her to any family or friends.

I had the worst experience at this office. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Ball is amazing! I switched Doctors to be able to deliver in the hospital I wanted in 2011. She sat with me and answered all of my questions and put me at ease. It was easy to get an appointment. Even though she wasn't on call she monitored me from home while I was at the hospital and she came in to do an immediate C-section at midnight. I was so grateful for that! My second pregnancy was more difficult and high risk, and she again has been wonderful and amazing! I am so sad that I have to leave her since I am moving again, but she has helped me and is available until I have to leave. Her nurses always got back to me quickly and answered my questions or got with Dr. Ball and called me back quickly. I fully recommend Dr. Ball to anyone! She is really amazing!
