Dr. Carrie Beatty, MEDICAL, DOCTOR, MD

Dr. Beatty and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. She takes the time to answer questions and address any concerns. She is thorough and practical in treatment and follow-up. We highly erecommend after 10 years of going to her!

Office wont pick up phone or return calls!

Dr. Beatty does not value the families that come to her but instead allows the staff to remain lazy, incompetent and very rude. Dr. Bauer is arrogant and condescending. Nurse frances always make sure to say whatever mean or rude comment she is thinking. She is incompetent, rude, arrogant and is always full of drama. The staff have no concept of what customer service is, and instead make every transaction painful. Between nurse frances and all her minions this office is not about the children any more but all about how the families are an inconvenience to them.

Dr. Beaty is great, office staff is unprofessional, incompetent, absolutely terrible! Don't waste your time!

Since i work in the health system as well, i can see how the Doctor's can get a bad review either because of their staffs, or how some situations are handle ; in this particular case Dr. Beatty relies a lot on a nurse named Frances, somebody very rude, if you ask her a legitimate questions right away she feels like you are chalenging her, very arrogant, and try to make you feel stupid for asking things that as a parent you may still not know, and if you have a concern or questions you need to leave her a message, it may take 6 to 7 hours to reply if you are lucky. I made a comment about this to a friend that also told me that she hates having to deal with nurse Frances as well for the same reasons, hopefully Dr. Beatty can read this and take care of it, since it affects her reputation as well. People should feel confident, and also like they care about the patients, that, by the way are kids. Very uncomfortable situation to deal with.
