Carrie was exceptionally compassionate at my appointment. I haven't bought been dealing with horrible panic attacks and anxiety and unfortunately had a full blown meltdown out of nowhere at my appointment. Carrie showed no judgment and was very kind. She offered to dim the lights, let me sit in the room for as long as I needed, call someone or reach out to crisis as my attacks include tearful outbursts. Fortunately, I was able to get through the episode and apologized profusely. Carrie was gracious, explaining that she understands that theses things happen and continued to offer any assistance. We were able to complete my follow up, which was just a routine check in for my CPAp use. Carrie asked If my equipment was satisfactory and if I needed supplies. She assessed me physically and we discussed my weight as it relates to OSA. She offered information about the use of GLP-1s to assist in weight loss and how insurance may not cover but she could request a pre authorization to check. I… explained that I had attempted that and was denied due to insurance coverage but that I have started with weight management. She offered a referral to Bariatric surgery and that office called to set up an appointment within the hour after my appointment. I had a consultation the following week. I could not be more satisfied with my visit.

My sister in law is a respiratory therapist and she listened to her for what might help me.

Went over my c-pap results and asked if I had any questions or concerns. We talked about my experiences with April and changing in Lindcare

Very knowledgeable; shared a lot of data in statistics in response to my questions. Based on Carrie's guidance, we came up with a path forward that we felt confident in.
