Dr. Carrie Louise Dowling, MD

Dr. Is very kind and patient with my aunt. He takes the time to listen, which is sometimes time consuming. She is very prompt to call with test results and is very concerned when she detects a problem. We are very lucky to have found her. A few months ago, the dr. Suspected my aunt had pneumonia and called the hospital to say we were coming so we wouldn't have to wait. Wecant say enough good things about her.

Dr Dowling and her spouse are both good Drs. My entire family uses them. We can always get appointments, they always answer the phone and you get good tx while there.

The doctor was very pleasant. The front desk person was not. She is very rude and condescending. My daughter went back for her appointment as I waited in the waiting area (which was not the cleanest). I heard the receptionist answer 3 calls and after every call she had some snide, rude remark she would make when she hung up (ie: "I told you that already, don't you listen?") and other disparaging comments. Like I said, my daughter liked Dr. Dowling however the receptionist is the sole reason we will not be back.

The front end staff not the friendliest people and the nurses never call back.
