This office and doctor LOVES to tell you what they WON'T do, holds medicine over patients heads. Nothing special here, see someone else- SERIOUSLY.

I have tried calling the office for several days during the morning and afternoon work hours. The message says, "all lines are busy, call back," no option to leave a message. During lunch, a different message comes on, also not allowing to leave a voicemail. What happens if someone is having an urgent issue? I am merely trying to confirm an appointment time, but cannot do even that.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Edelman is kind, attentive, empathetic, and takes the necessary time with you to get the whole story. She listens. She is gentle knowing you're already in pain and validates that fact. I had the best experience with her, and trust that she'll get to the bottom of my pain issues.

Went to see her for what I thought was arthritis in my wrist. Saw her three times over three months. She was rude, gave me false information, sneared at me and did absolutely nothing for me except waste my time. I was almost in tears when I left and in pain still!. She treated me so badly that she even waived the office fee. I will never go back to her or refer her to anyone!! Horrible Experience. I thought the first two times she was just having a bad day or it was just her demeanor. I was correct. IT IS HER DEMEANOR!!!

She told my niece that you can't have systemic scleroderma without skin lesions. This is totally wrong. Obviously, she has seen very few patients with the disorder, which is extremely rare. Don't offer an opinion on something of which you possess no knowledge!

Imagine waiting three months to see a doctor and then having to meet an office person named Cathy (who can't spell, remember, or write correctly), tell you that your appointment was a week prior to what it really was. Imagine then that you demand to speak to the doctor; whose sense of self-import and degrading demeanor make you more willing to see a veterinarian for your issues than her/ I guess anyone can get into medical school. Pity is they don't throw them out. Forget "Doctor?" Edelman and Cathy. Forget Brick Rheumatology. If not, forget all you were ever taught about manners and decency because they have NONE!

She does not have the personality to be a doctor. I thought the attitude was due to the fact I got lost and I was 10-15 min late. She is obnoxious and rude. After waiting 45 min in the exam room I got up to leave. As I was walking out she was just coming into the exam room. She asked me if I was leaving and I said yes. She actually actually made a face and shrugged her shoulders. (VERY PROFESSIONAL - NOT)! I said, I'm here, I'll stay. The next day I went for x-rays and hand delivered them to her office. I had my blood work done right in her office. Ten days later I was still waiting for a follow up call from her office. Guess what, no call. I'm done.

visit one, rx for blood test nexy appoint 3 months later, went the appointed time and theyndid not have me in computer, ask for my appoint card, laughed at us because we were upset after waiting 3 months to come there and be told the dumb girl did not have me in the system and i said if i go home and get card you 'll take me today she said yes, in the fifty years i;ve been to doctors never was asked for appoint card, plus my blood results were faxed there and they said they di not have them

she has an attitude, i don't why, is it the person she is seeing, or has she got to much on her plate? i don't know, she seems distracted, then is short with the sick person who happens to walk in her office on any given day. she gives the a person, the feeling that there is really nothing that can be done, except what th e pill people push on her, she offers that to patient an if the person doesn't want what she is offering, she warns you like Oh Well, suit youself. i would not reccommend her to anyone. she may be a great doctor, but not for me.
