Carrie Gould, MD

Carrie Gould, MD, MBA, is a board-certified physiatrist specializing in the non-surgical treatment of neck, back and spine-related pain. She serves as medical director of Community Spine Center and brings a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to diagnosing and treating complex spine conditions. Dr. Gould completed her medical training (MD) at Indiana University School of Medicine, where she also earned an MBA through the Kelley School of Business. Her combined clinical and business training supports her focus on delivering thoughtful, high-quality spine care that is efficient, coordinated, and centered on patient outcomes. Her clinical practice includes image-guided spine procedures, individualized treatment planning, and close collaboration with physical therapy and other specialists. Dr. Gould is known for spending time with patients, carefully reviewing prior treatments and imaging, and clearly explaining options so patients feel informed and confident in their care …decisions. Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Gould enjoys music, reading, travel and spending time with her family. With a background in journalism, she has always been drawn to understanding people’s stories, which is an interest that continues to shape the way she connects with patients.
