Always good to see Dr Greenspan, calm relaxed atmosphere, very little waiting.

I went to see Dr. Greenspan for mmj. While she appears compassionate by having good bedside manner and spending ample time, she is not compassionate at all. First, I waited in pain for 5 days for her to enter my recommendation even after approval by state. Even more troubling is I paid her $200 for an office visit and she wrote me only approx. 1200 mg and said I must come back in a month (and Pay). She “Prescribed” $130 worth of medicine and charged me $200. I couldn’t even use my buy one get one free for first timers because I didn’t have a large enough “Rx!” Even after I called, she wrote for onlr 1200mg more. I had to switch doctors ( before giving her another penny ) and Pay again. This one wrote 17000 mg and said see you in 7 months (state mandate). Don’t waste your time or money.

I have been a patient for a long time and have never had any problems. The one time I wanted to discuss something with her after a test was performed in her office, and she won't talk to me unless I schedule an appointment. Then I called hoping to get a quick answer on the phone and she did not get on. She had the receptionist call me back to say "Dr. Greenspan does not hold phone consultations" I found this to be unprofessional and disgusting.

I have been going to dr greenspan for about 10 years. She is wonderful and patient. I am a bit of a hypochondriac and she politely and patiently puts up with my lunacy. She is thorough and listens to all complaints.

She is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to talk to you and is very thorough....

No bedside manner whatsoever. Dr Greenspan is a good doctor but spends zero time speaking with me after an exam. Her office staff, for the most part, is rude and unprofessional. The final straw for me was an appointment I deliberately made to be the first appt after their lunch hour. Shortly after I arrived a pharmaceutical rep also arrived. I was put in a patient room and waited 45 mins for the Dr. At one point I got up and opened the door because I could not understand why it was taking so long when I was the first appt, and she was there giving all her time to the pharmaceutical rep while I was waiting and missing work because of it. She clearly did not value my time at all.

Let me start by saying this was my first time to her office so I go lost I was frantic and called driving directions by staff were great , very comfortable environment luv the key west decorations :) Dr Greenspan very nice and her nurse Ellen greeted me in to start visit and also very friendly good experience and would recommend to my friends and family

My last and first visit was abt 3 yrs ago. I found her to be very interested in my problem and informative. There was an assistant in the room who was also concerned. I was contacted by phone a few days later, regarding the results from the testing, by the assistant, I think who was in the room. She was professional and answered my questions as did the dr in the room. I have an appointment tomorrow to see her or her assistant regarding some vaginal bleeding at age 69. She returned my phone call after hours in a timely fashion and talked with me. I have to call tomorrow to make that appointment. I will give a further update.

The office staff and nurses were very professional and courteous. The doctor physically hurt me during the exam and when I said it hurt she did not even acknowledge it. Also, she rushed out of the room before I could finish asking questions. On another random note, when I left the office I had this weird smell on my clothes because the office has a funny smell but I couldn't pinpoint what it was. Everyone should be aware she doesn't even do obstetrics. If you ever plan on having a baby, don't bother going there. If not, I guess some people seem to really like this practice and I'm not trying to hurt her business, just want others to be able to make an informed decision.
