Where to begin? The other patient from 2022 is right. She needs therapy. She will cancel/change medication out of spite after your appointment, she will give you an attitude, she doesn't know the regulations to her own job, she is passive aggressive, and she struggles to maintain regular 30 day appointments. Be prepared to miss days. I had to actually inform her how to legally terminate a patient and she still struggles with complying. She has weaponized police wellness checks to intimidate me, but when I actually called her in crisis she didn't do anything. Also she sends inappropriate texts late night.

Outstanding patient care. Carrie is an exceptional healthcare provider. She is highly knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain my options in a clear and concise way. I always feel confident and comfortable that I am receiving the best possible care when I see her. It's always a plesure speaking with her. She ensures that I understand my treatment options and that I am comfortable with the decisions we are making together. She also goes above and beyond to provide me with the resources I need to stay healthy, such as information on diet, exercise, and stress management. I highly recommend Carrie to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough healthcare provider. She totally gets it.

I have seen Carrie through telehealth visits every 4-8 weeks for almost 2 years now and I would highly recommend her. She listens and uses a combination of medication and natural de-stressors to help me cope. I struggle with PMDD and nocturnal anxiety. I have been able to sleep much better and manage my PMDD symptoms. She truly cares and knows within a couple seconds if I am not feeling right. I would not go to anyone else.

Carrie Prakope is extremely unprofessional Extremely unprofessional. She curses on calls and and is highly disrespectful. I placed under her care with Wayne behavioral not because I wanted to but because I needed the help mentally. She placed me on two medications that caused life threatening side effects and then when we determined I needed to bein another medication she cancelled the order and dropped me. I am disgusted by her professionalism no one ever go to her please. She flew off the handle because I asked when I would recieve a call from the pharmacy that she sent my prescription to. No reason at all for her response. “U will get a call when they call I don’t know. I have 700 patients and can not go back and forth all day That is not what this number is to be used for. Just hold tight “ That is what she wrote to me after I asked her a simple question. Shes so petty that she cancelled medication she just prescribe me. Beware she needs help too.

Although, Wayne Behavioral is a wonderful practice and my previous psychiatrist was the best I could ask for, after he passed I was switched to Carrie. I understand now why she was available so quickly. She is unprofessional, talks about medications that she is on/tried and curses in session, and just drops me as a client and passes me along to someone else. She also has poor clinical judgement. During my last appointment. I had just stopped crying because I had so much anxiety and was so depressed and she wrote in her notes that there were no signs of depression or anxiety and even stated that I “specifically said” I am not experiencing these symptoms. I do not know who she met with but it definitely was not me apparently.
