Carrie is an excellent provider. She's extremely knowledgeable about pain management and she provides manageable plans for my treatment. I have been seeing Carrie for over 3 years. I wouldn't go to anyone else for my pain management. Nice job Carrie!

Carrie really gives me the sence that she cares about me and the things that are going on in my life. she is always asking me how I am and if there is anything else she can do to help make me more comfortable. carrie is always great. the lady that did my blood draw was one of the best stick i gave ever had. had problems with my RX and everyone from the lady that make my appointment to the traige nusre was so helpful .
