Dr. Carroll David Christiansen, MD

This isn't specifically about Dr. Carroll. This is about the facility in general. They are horrible about returning calls and making referrals. I stated in my paperwork that I'm allergic to fragrances, yet they sprayed the exam room down with Glade air freshener. They refused to diagnose my abdominal pain, and instead insisted on prescribing me with antacids. They don't listen or give you the time of day, and they often talk down to you like you don't know anything. There is also a serious privacy issue... while I was waiting to be assigned an exam room, one PA was in a room with the door open talking loudly about a specific patient's financial information. By the end of their 15 minute conversation, I could have memorized his social security number, his monthly income, and whether or not he was on the sliding fee program. I hate going there, and I'm going to start heading straight to the hospital instead.

My dad loves this dr. Confident in choices.
