Dr Robertson is very knowledgeable, always willing to answer our questions! Spent over an hour with us during a recent sick visit, goes into detail on the health issue, explains the situation and offers great options for treatments. Hertford is very lucky to have such a knowledgeable and personable health care professional!

My most memorable experience is seeing his interaction with my mother.. he takes the time out by that being said "it's not a rushed in, rushed out. He listens to your concerns and seeks wholeheartedly a resolution. Even when my mother is not quite at her peak (she smiles and correspondence )to him. That right there should declare is patience and love kindness towards people. Old, young ,in between you couldn't ask for better. To go a step further, remember anyone who goes to an Dr. 's appointment there is going to be a wait time (anything other) than l guess it's possible. This Doctor is not rushing through (God is ahead of all things) Dr. Roberson you were called to be in this professional. Guess what reviewee's he became my Doctor too!

Dr. Robertson is caring for both of my parents now, which is comforting since I am no longer in the same town. He always returns their calls and sees them promptly. He always gives them his undivided attention. He always has their best interest at heart. He is one of the only doctors that insists on visiting his patients in the hospital, rather than having someone else check in with them. If you are looking for a physician that will listen and work with you, then call Dr. Robertson.

This doctor is terrible. He wastes your time and makes you wait. I waited over an hour. I've been waiting all day now with a booming headache for his twit of a front desk clerk to call in a prescription and he likes to hunch his shoulders and said well...I don't know. They will NEVER see me again. Don't waste your time and money with him, find a real doctor.
