Dr. Carson Hing-Ka Ling, MD

Dr. Ling office overbooks his patients and has them lining up outside the office door. Wait time is between 45 minute to 1 hour after your appointment time. Dr. Is Rude, non- companionate, and acts like he’s annoyed every time we go in there. Staff girls are so nice but the dr. Is not.

He was nasty from the moment he walked into the exam room. He was rude, condescending and didn't listen to anything I had to say. Instead, he came in giving orders about what he was and wasn't going to do. He showed no compassion or concern whatsoever for my condition or in helping me with my comfort. Whenever I tried to say something, he bobbed his head up and down like "yeah yeah yeah". He was SO unprofessional. He knew no more about me when he left the room than he did when he came in. He treated me very badly and with such disrespect. It's very difficult to really detail what a horrible experience my visit with him was. Hard to believe he is supposed to be helping with pain management when he has absolutely NO compassion or respect for patients. He didn't want to hear anything about ME or what I was feeling or suffering. He smarted off that he was going to do things his way and don't expect to come in and just get what I want. I expect a doctor to TALK to me and together discuss… the plan of treatment. Not have one talk down to me and from the start tell me all the he isn't going to do and if I'm not happy, I can just go somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend him to my dog.
