Worst doctor ever

Dr. Carson Wong removed cancerous tumor from my right kidney. He was able to keep 80% of the kidney which was great. I have been cancer free for 6 years thanks to him.

Very unorganized, staff is the same way. He is very rude and doe snot allow for interactive conversation.

Knows what he is doing and does it well.

Everyone on staff is really friendly, Except for one nurse.

Dr. Wong is an amazing doctor. Not only did he turn my cancer diagnosis into a positive experience by introducing me to his incredible colleagues but he convinced me that he is on top of my condition. I really feel that nothing is going to happen to me on "his watch." He also taught me that it's not too late to take better care of myself. He always asks me if I have any questions and he makes sure that I completely understand every procedure he does. I feel extremely lucky to have him as my Doctor.

Dr Wong presented to me my condition. He was so precise it never entered my mind to seek a second opinion. I was impressed with his manner and his confidence.

Dr. Carson Wong is now practicing as a urologist in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, specializing in robotic surgery. He is a good surgeon, but absolutely terrible at communicating with patients and answering their questions. Even when he was delivering a serious prostate cancer diagnosis, he was unwilling to take time to answer even the most basic questions such as "what are we going to do next" instead simply instructing the patient (me) to return in six weeks. My wife and I were both shocked at his unwillingness to take time to explain the situation. Had the ratings above had ten stars rather than four, we still would have given him only a one.

I would recommend Dr. Wong completely. He is caring and shows concerns for his patients' medical needs. He gives hope to them in their personal situations.
