Cartier Patrick Lammert

Horrible experience with APRN Cartier Lammert at TMH Urgent care. Never introduced himself and was completely rude from the moment he walked in the door. Continually spoke over me, anything he instructed me to do he would immediately scoff and say I was doing it wrong (open mouth wide, put head back, etc.), insisted I was incorrect about anything I tried to share about MY symptoms and medical history even before examining me or reviewing my file. He went as far as to say the ER Dr's who had treated me previously for a persistent issue with infections were wrong and that I did not need my tonsils removed - again, before examining me. His recommendation for persistent ear, nose, throat, tonsil and chest infections were to chew gum and that I was causing the pain myself from blowing my nose too much.. I explained how difficult of a time I was having finding a primary Dr to accept me as a new patient with Medicaid which is why I have had repeated Urgent care/ER visits if he could help… point me in the right direction, his response was that I just needed to work harder at it. He was in the room less than 5 minutes all of which he spent negating anything I said or asked and was joking with nurses in the hallway before even closing the door on his way out. I have received great care at this Urgent care location several times in the past few years and have never been treated like I was today.
