THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, NICE NEW OFFICE, THE DOCTOR WAS VERY PLEASANT AND THOROUGH. HE ALSO SPEAKS FRENCH AND SPANISH

I visited the office of Dr Daniel and I must say I was pleased with his service. He was very caring an attentive to my needs and the issues I am having with my body. His staff was courteous and very welcoming. The building is a little shabby but it looks like the are repairing or building an extension. Overall my experience was a good one. Thank you. Good Morning so I too have visited the office. I could not find the physicians telephone number so I went on line and I found the number and location to 3 offices. I visited the Nostrand Avenue Office. I called and was able to walk in and be seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. I spoke to Monique whom was very pleasant and to my surprise she was working at the front desk in the back of the office. To my surprise I was told she was the Office Manager, she was very hands on. She announced to the lab that I was ready to have my vitals taken and within seconds a young lady greeted me and directed me to have a seat in the lab. She was quite gentle and quiet. I was treated by Nurse Stephenson whom was very attentive and polite in the place of the actual physician. I was so pleased with the hospitality that I had to submit my review and share with fellow readers and patients. Not only that they have several specialist on staff. As I was leaving the front desk asked if I had a follow up… appointment in which I made and I also made a GYN appt. I highly recommend the office staff is on point but the office building is old and out dated. It looks like construction may be happening, however I would return and recommend to my family members.

I have come to see Dr Daniel for the first time. He wasn't available but I was able to see his Nurse Caprice. I received an appt the very same day. The wait time was 30 minutes or less. The front Staff Ms. Anita was very pleasant and helpful. The MA's took me in right away and made me very comfortable. The office is friendly and full of laughter and love. I highly recommend Dr Daniel and Nurse Caprice when he is not available And I would definitely recommend and revisit

Going to Dr. Cary Daniel’s office is a nightmare. Unfortunately, I returned twice more out of convenience but regretted each time. Anita, the receptionist is the first face you see and you can’t wash your eyes of her attitude. She makes people feel little. I have a graduate degree and am well-traveled and still she made me feel stupid and uninformed. I felt worse for an older Haitian woman who repeated her question to Anita only for Anita to repeat, “Have a seat and wait for your name to be called.” There is no hospitality and no respect for people’s levels understanding. If you continue to try to get an understanding of how the office works, she will result to ignoring you. I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Cary Daniel himself, other than he’s made bad decisions in having staff like Anita. The office manager, Monique, is no better. I asked Anita to refund my co-payment and instead of Anita saying, “One moment, I’ll call the manager,” she simply picked up the phone made an… announcement for Monique to come to the front and continued to type on the computer – no acknowledgement for me. Monique arrived and didn’t ask me to explain the situation or anything. She didn’t care that a patient was upset with the service or anything. Like a robot, she simply asked, “What is your phone number?” Anita continued to mumble under her breath and no one told her to stop. There is no professionalism. I wanted to see this doctor because he is a Black man and many have recommended him. But to get to him, I will not go through disrespectful, unprofessional and unhappy staff.

Waiting for a week for results . No call back

I called to make a dr. Appointment I had a major headache. I could not remember my Dr's name. She said this is ridiculous and just put me on hold without saying anything! When she came back she asked if I remember now! I told her no, use my name and my info will come up. Then I ask her if she thought this is a proper way to speak to a patient? She said I have three drs. I am reception to and you are asking me about how I should speak? I'm going to put you back on hold if you want to have this conversation. I still haven't seen a dr. Because I have to shop for a new dr. She is not the receptionist for the Gyn. I still can't believe her. I hope she understand she needs patients to walk through those doors in order for her to have a job and get paid. Thanks l
