Dr. Dunn denied that the wound left by the previous surgery was infected, even after my general doctor had submitted a culture resulting in a diagnosis of a staph infection. He said it wasn't infected even though I had a red stripe running up my leg and walked out. Thank heaven for his nurse. Now I'm back for another surgery. Hope this one has a better result!

He won't get ANY stars from me,he walks into room never says a word to me sits down and starts cutting gets up goes to another room long enough that i have more deadening and finally after 26 stiches I almost ran out of office I feal sorry for the people who work for him.....

No bedside manner, did not finish sewing my face back together, had his nurses finish the job. Very surly man. Even though I tried to be cheerful in this worrying situation. He had no compassion or bedside manner. I will have scars

On two occasions I had surgery on my face that resulted in potentially severe scaring. Dr Dunn meticulously stitched my wounds and to this day there is no evidence of any surgery. This man is a true professional and a wonderful and positive addition that will replace the myriad of hacks that are currently practicing in Sarasota. Welcome back Dr Dunn

This guy lives in FL and works only two weeks in Mobil. He hopelessly over books patients and you can expect a VERY LONG wait. My wife went there for a 3:00 appointment and was there for over 6 hours. When she left at 8:40 there was an elderly man who had been there for 9 hours. Seems like money is more important than good service. Not recommended.

Dr. Dunn restored my trusts in dermatologists. He took his time explaining my condition and the treatment options that I had. I wanted to take the time to thank him.

Dr Dunn was genuinely thoughtful and caring in his approach to my skin cancer. His staff was very prompt in scheduling my surgery and they seemed to care about me and not the next patient. Considering the scare with skin cancer, Dr Dunn and his staff made the experience a pleasant one. I recommend him and his staff.
