Shame on you for being lazy. Not once, but twice, your laziness almost cost me my life. Shame on you for not caring about your patients enough to DO YOUR JOBS CORRECTLY. And last, but not least, shame on you for causing distress and harm to your patients, especially the chronically ill.

My family and I have been with Dr. Herl for many years. Dr. Herl and his staff are professional, personable, after all these years just a permanent part of our lives. I have read some of the other reviews and well, everyone has an opinion. Dr. Herl is not just a 8-5 office doctor. He has spent a lot of time in the emergency room which is an important reason why we stay with him. This means he can handle the emergency calmly and quickly and still do the day to day aches and pains. Shauna is top notch and is on top of the game. Excellent combination. The office staff is also top notch and can answer almost any question about insurances and the doctor's schedule. Excellent Team!!

Wonderful office,friendly staff, Shauna is a amazing nurse and Vicky & Kathy and others are all so friendly and helpful. Dr. Herl is excellent, the best, easy to talk. He is knowledgeable with a soft bedside manor.

Dr. Herl's office has a staff member named Shauna. She is very unprofessional and very rude. I think she should find another line of work. Possibly something that does not involve people of any kind.

I've been a patient for about three years. I have never felt rushed at my appointments or like he wasn't listening to my concerns. I also love his nurse, which is a major bonus!

Waiting time is variable as with all medics; certainly not excessive. He will take care of you or send you to someone he believes can do better.
