Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in , so we have made requesting an appointmenta simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
The typical periodic maintenance visit (the 6 month recall appointment) usually takes about 50 minutes.  There is no typical treatment visit because treatment procedures vary in complexity and thus they vary in duration. With respect to emergency appointments, every effort is made to accommodate a patient with trauma, infection or in pain as soon as is feasibly possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible …payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Accepted Insurance Carriers
Our practice participates in the dental networks of the following dental insurancecarriers:  Aetna PPO, CIGNA PPO, DeCare (Teamsters) Dental, Delta Dental,Dentemax, Horizon Blue Shield of NJ, and School Claims. The office is not an HMO participant. We electronically process all insurance claim forms for our patients whether or not we participate in the dental network.
Payment Options
Patients without Dental Insurance – Patients who have no dental insurance                                 coverage are requested to pay for services as rendered.  We accept personal checks, cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  If extensive treatment is planned over a period of time, then payments can be made accordingly. Payment plans at 0% interest through CareCredit are available when arranged prior to treatment. 
Patients with Dental Insurance – We are more than willing to help you to obtain the appropriate benefit from your dental insurance carrier as well as to electronically bill your carrier as a courtesy to you.  The patient, however, is ultimately responsible for the payments to his/her account.
