Dr Miles inserted part of implant without doing sinus lift. After years having sinus infections I got my CT-scan results which showed how the implant ruined my sinuses. Now I have to have sinus surgery and that implant removed. Avoid this doctor.

I visited the doctor with a fractured tooth caused by trauma of a post that had been improperly placed. The fracture had led to infection. The Dr. was willing to extract the tooth, but only if I was willing to call it an 'elective' procedure. I chose to go to a doctor who demonstrated a willingness to assume greater professional responsibility. A fractured tooth is an emergency, not an elective procedure.

Avoid this guy at all costs, unless you're masochistic. Went to have a wisdom tooth pulled, and he yanked it out of my mouth w/o being fully numbed yet, and then chided me for screaming and squirming while he was doing it! One of the most painful things I've ever experienced.
