Friendly office. Always helpful. Easy to get appointment. My kids office over a range of 20+ years

I went to see this doctor since my old doctor wasn't available. I've been to her twice now and both times were terrible.The first time I thought she just had a bad day but twice? The most recent time I went to see this doctor she gave me a panic attack and was very rude. I had to end the appointment early after waiting forever since i couldn't stop crying. It felt like she was attacking me and didn't care for my needs at all. She wanted me to do all these things that I continuously told her I cannot do (because it was painful). She had an attitude and a bad tone. I expect much better from a PEDIATRICIAN. She is suppose to be helping kids not making them feel terrible. I will never go to this doctor again and hopefully she retires soon. I would find a better doctor if I were you.

Dr Cohen is not consciously aware of her surroundings. She is floating through her practice as she has been doing something for just a bit too long and needs to retire. Patients deserve more time and explanation about how their children are doing.

We have two children who have been going to Dr. Caryn since they were born. The practice is top notch for these reasons:- gets to know your children, listens, is patient, and provides excellent advice and care- friendly and supportive staff, who have all been there long-term, and provide excellent service- attentive, will get an appointment for you same day when necessary.We would not go anywhere else. After 7 years, we couldn't be happier with our choice of Dr. Cohan, and her partner Dr. Masharani, and the staff.

She is a wonderful, caring, competent doctor, as was her father before her. She has a nice personality and is very sweet and cares about her patients.

Refused to see the 1 year old patient again based on wanting to space out vaccinations so my child was not getting 6 in one visit. Complete demeanor changed with the one year old once discussing this. Unable to give research based answers to questions pertaining to vaccines. Dr. Cohan at first appears patient and kid friendly but does not truly have their best intrest at heart.

My son had his first visit to Dr Cohan and I had a lot of questions because he has not been to the doctor in a few months due to a move and insurance stuff. I felt like she was not interested in the things I was telling her and like she was not interested in my son. I felt rushed and hushed. I will be looking for another doctor. My son had the same doctor since he was born and she never was so quick to get me out of her office. I understand being busy, but you should take a few minutes to get to know a new patient. And one thing that REALLY bothered me was there is not a separate waiting room for sick and well children. All the sick kids were playing with the same toys as the healthy ones. My son should not get sick if he is just there for a well-check.
